Sales/Business Development Representative
Location:
Hybrid Position (1/2 in office, 1/2 remote) at Proof Marketing, Helena, Montana. Option to relocate to our headquarters in beautiful Helena, MT.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sales/Business Development Representative with 4+ years of experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating qualified leads, qualifying prospects, driving new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and warm calling techniques, thus driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads using various channels, including Zoominfo software, networking events, and industry research.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's client base and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and personalized outreach to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up to drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, activity, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the marketing, advertising, or software sales industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Experience using Zoominfo software for lead generation and prospecting or a similar platform.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's client base and generate new business opportunities.

- Full-time salary + commission on all successful sales, with the potential to earn up to or exceed $100,000+ per year
