FineArtsMatter is Now Hiring Music Teacher Supervisors for After-School Music and Dance Classes at local elementary schools in the Metro Atlanta area! Our Music Teacher Supervisors provide hands-on training and support to our after-school music and dance teachers at local elementary schools.
Music Teacher Supervisor - Classroom Coach Pay & Perks:
- $60 per class
- Direct Deposit Payroll, Bi-weekly Payment
- W-2 Employee status
Music Teacher Supervisor - Classroom Coach Requirements:
- Necessary availability is 2pm to 4pm Monday through Friday, at least 3 days
- Must be able to support teacher with up to 15 students in each class
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to transport and lift materials/instruments (35lbs)
- Have experience teaching private or group music lessons (preferred)
- Have experience working with young/beginner students, or are eager to learn
- Have experience working with groups of students, or are eager to learn
- Have experience in leadership/mentorship roles
- Music education degree and/or extensive experience (preferred)
Music Teacher Supervisor - Classroom Coach Job Details:
- An encouraging work environment to share your love of music
- 3-5 classes per week, 2 hour long shifts - 1 hour class, 30 minutes arrival and prep, 30 minutes dismissal, clean up, and teacher check-in
- 6-10 hours a week during the school year
- Feedback forms provided to ensure teacher support and growth
- All teaching materials are provided, will remain with you throughout the duration of the semester
- Full curriculum and teaching/classroom management methods for every lesson
- Thorough teacher training sessions twice per semester
- Support and regular communication from the FineArtsMatter home office.
