What You'll Do
As a Software Sales Rep, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, driving new business development by:
- Engaging Prospects: Prospecting target accounts and identifying new business opportunities through both cold calling and warm leads across diverse industries.
- Building Relationships: Selling our top-tier Resource Management and Scheduling Software solutions across diverse industries and use-cases such including Project Management, Production Scheduling, Work Order Management, Event and Maintenance Planning, and HR Scheduling.
- Consultative Selling: Using your expertise and consultative sales techniques to understand and meet the diverse needs of prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through our CRM.
- Client Engagement: Conducting one-on-one and group sales demonstrations, both online and face-to-face.
- Customer Success: Managing client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle, providing exceptional account management to our existing customer base.
- Feedback Loop: Collecting valuable feedback from customers and prospects to relay to our product and marketing teams, while also identifying and pursuing client upselling opportunities.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking self-starters with a competitive nature who are eager to grow their careers in sales. Ideal candidates will have:
- Sales Experience: At least 3 years of B2B inside sales experience in the full sales cycle or at least 5 years of sales experience in the full sales cycle, including proficiency in conducting phone calls, structured email communication, online demos/presentations, and closing.
- Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-Oriented: Proactive problem-solvers who are detail-oriented and organized.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit with the highest level of integrity.
- Tech-Savvy: A passion for technology and an analytical skill set.
- Education & Experience: At minimum, a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work experience or a Master's degree.
