Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a chef or sous chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe).
Strong knowledge of Southern cuisine and cooking techniques.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
