Japanese manufacturing company is looking for a Japanese bilingual candidate in the Southern NJ area.
Salary: 43.6-49.9K ($21-24/hr) (DOE)
9:00AM-5:00PM(1 hour paid lunch)
After the training, a Hybrid working style (3days at the office) can be considered.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Process bill from vendors and post in Quick Books Online and arrange check /wire /ACH payment
- Issue invoice in Quick Books Online and send to customers
- Assist accounting manager to prepare and report to Japanese parent company
- Cash management with bank accounts and arrange payment to material vendors
- Prepare provisional / settlement calculations of procurement from material vendors
- Update and maintain price position table / payment calculation sheet
- Maintain purchasing / accounting / financial / drawers and in respective server folders
- Maintain constant communication email/phone communication / expense vendors
- Confirm accurate documentation to submit to customs- domestic and international
- Review expense reports prepared by each employee to see if all receipts / invoices are accounted for
- Enter employee time sheet information into Paychex.
- Perform administrative duties, such as onboarding and separation process, maintaining employee database and checking mails.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
- Skilled in Word, Adobe (PDF), and Outlook
- Proficient in Excel (Familiar with formula in Excel)
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Able to work quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Can-do attitude and willing to take on new tasks, sometimes on the fly
- Excellent organizational skills
