We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a specialized role within the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). BCBA's work with individuals across various settings, such as schools, clinics, and homes, to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. They assess behavior patterns, analyze data, and provide evidence-based strategies to improve behavior and social skills.
Compensation Option(s):
- Hourly: $45.75 to $55.75
- Salary: $70,850 to $75,750
- 1099: $67.25 to $72.50

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the causes and functions of challenging behaviors
- Create individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
- Implement ABA techniques and strategies to teach new skills and reduce problem behaviors
- Collect data on behavior targets to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Train caregivers, teachers, and other professionals on implementing behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions through ongoing data analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on client progress
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in ABA therapy
- Adhere to ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with ABA principles, methodologies, and assessment tools
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis
