CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Crank on the kitchen - make sure all "hot" food prepped and ready to go
- The chef's main responsibility is preparing and plating hot foods
- Work with servers to make sure all “cold food” is prepped and ready for the day
- Work with the servers to build any charcuterie boards that need to be picked up
- The cook is expected to ensure the safety of our guests by avoiding cross contamination by means of utensils, contaminated surfaces, unclean work areas, etc.
- As time allows, help with cold food and wine pours
- Ensures that the kitchen is clean throughout the day
- *If there is no busser working, assist in doing dishes, clearing tables, etc.
- Assist in cleaning the kitchen at the end of the day
- Sweep and take out trash at the end of the night.
- Restock for the next day
