ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee subcontract execution project for bid request through final execution. Includes extensive cooreponsdence with subcontractor and document retention

Administer Certified Payroll processes for assigned projects

Reviews monthly subcontractor pay app submissions for completeness and tracks submission of compliances

Train subcontractors in the use of both Certified Payroll and Sub Pay App softwares

Provides weekly reports to Contoller of compliance status for all subcontractors

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Performs all other duties as assigned
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

Prefer 3-5 years prior experience in an administration or project assistant role
- Frequently sit, stand and walk

Regularly required to talk or hear

Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls

Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
