The ideal candidate for our Front Office representative must have experience working in the medical field performing general duties required of a medical office representative, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to bring a strong patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting all patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Using Epic software and other platforms to check patients in and out
- Uses customer service principles and techniques to take care of patients in a pleasant manner
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Preparing charts for daily appointments
- Collects patient paperwork and insurance and files them appropriately
- Explains financial requirements to the patients or responsible parties and collects co-pays and patient responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls and route calls to the appropriate person
- Accepts payment and posts it in patients chart accurately
- Reconciling all money collected at the end of the day
- Adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Provide consistent exceptional customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience working in the medical field
- Experience with EPIC preferred
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Medical coding and billing knowledge a plus
