Design executive engagement strategy supporting short- and long-term business priorities. Lead executive engagement with customers and partners, ensuring the right level of involvement of leaders in key meetings, communications, and events.
- Review and qualify incoming requests for external EVP engagements.

Orchestrate SMT EVP External Customer/Partner meetings and other external events.

Manage rhythm of business for EVP recurring engagements and ongoing customer/partner relationships, including execution of end-to-end details.

Perform research and analysis and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Provide and refine digital and physical assets to assist in driving new conversations with customers, focusing on deployment and adoption assets to enhance customer connections.

Develop criteria to define performance metrics, evaluate impact, and influence future engagement strategy.

Empower leadership by producing customized and consistent engagement and business analysis.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in Program Management, Business Operations, business planning, operations management, Communications, strategy, project management, or business-related roles

OR equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects and/ or stakeholders.

Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
