Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Lead Carpenters to bolster our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will oversee construction projects, including scheduling of subcontractors, mentor team members, and uphold the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of residential/commercial construction experience across various phases.
· Expertise in demo, framing, finish work, flooring, drywall, paint, windows, door, etc.
· Prior experience in fire & water restoration is highly valued.
· Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for emergency services.
· Ability to follow instructions from Project Managers and high-level managers.
· Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
· Dedication to safety protocols and equipment usage.
· Ownership of personal tools and insured vehicle.
· Valid driver license with a clean record.
· Successful completion of background check. Due to insurance contract requirements, anyone with a felony conviction will not be considered. Any other convictions will need to be discussed with Human Resource Director for contract compliance.
· Must pass drug screening. We test for heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, and phencyclidine.
