Job Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring efficient operation of their computer systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical problems, solutions, and procedures for future reference
- Ensure security and privacy of systems by following company protocols
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, computer networking, and firewall systems
- Experience with Jira, Remedy, or similar ticketing systems
- Strong interest in technical support and IT troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
