Responsible for Regulatory Reporting, Product Documentation, and a variety of technical and administrative support functions for the Regulatory and Safety Department. Assist with monthly and annual Environmental Reporting, such as, Air Emissions and Hazardous Waste back up, Safety Data Sheet Management, Regulatory Database entries. Must have a strong understanding of GMP, GLP, FDA, advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Office. Must be familiar with OSHA, EPA, DHS, DEP reporting, including TURA and Tier II. Assist with internal audits. Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to (M)SDS and safety. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a Regulatory Environment is required. A Wastewater license is a plus.
