At Visualutions, the RCM Patient Services Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering billing questions, and responding to complaints. This position is the front line of support for clients and patients and requires patience, excellent listening skills, and strong attention to detail. Seeking Spanish/English bilingual candidates for this position
.Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and effectively
- Resolve patient complaints and issues promptly and satisfactorily
- Verify patient identity and protect their privacy and confidentiality
- Take and process credit card payments by phone
- Record patient interactions and feedback in Helpdesk
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods and work in a call center environment
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and creatively
