Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal and commercial insurance and be proficient with insurance software systems. In this role, you will be the face of our office, providing quotes, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, and via email.

Generate and provide accurate insurance quotes for personal insurance.

Utilize EZLynx, AMS, and ENS software systems to manage client information and process quotes.

Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Handle client inquiries, policy changes, and claims with professionalism and efficiency.

Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow within the office and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an insurance customer service role.

Personal insurance experience preferred but open to commercial insurance experience.
- Software Proficiency with EZLynx, AMS, and ENS is required.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

In-depth knowledge of personal insurance policies.

Friendly, approachable, and customer focused. Must be comfortable working in a smaller office setting.
