Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team in our Scottsdale, AZ location.
This position is responsible for supporting our Agents, Brokerage Leadership Team, and recruiting real estate agents. 90% of this role is recruiting real estate agents. That includes lots of cold calls, follow-up, and networking. You will have a quota you must hit. Salary is $60,000 / year + bonus.

The Team Leader is responsible for communicating the Market Center value proposition to agents to drive Market Center growth and retain current associate satisfaction with Keller Williams.
They are aligned with the Brokerage CEO & Operating Principal’s (OP) vision to achieve the Market Center’s goals. They leverage the value tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve expectations of recruiting market share and consulting of newer and experienced agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions.
They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TES belief system in their engagement with others. They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team.
Candidates MUST have 2–3 years of real estate sales experience, or real estate sales related experiences with a STRONG track record of results in SALES, COACHING, & RECRUITING. They understand basic business, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how support others in making great business decisions.

● Attract both NEW & productive real estate professionals to join Keller Williams
● Actively engage associates through business consulting, training, and KW technology in order to maintain associate satisfaction with Keller Williams
● Consult new and experienced associates to increase productivity and profitability

● Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with Market Center team
● Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar in our Scottsdale location for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs
● Lead and/or partner with MC team to increase associates’ productivity through business consulting
● Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to associates’ businesses, goals, and/or needs
● Work with Brokerage CEO to support the ALC (associate leadership council) and ensure ALC growth in productivity and profitability
● Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with Brokerage CEO & OP
● Ensure market center is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expenses
● Oversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture

● Minimum of TWO YEARS Real Estate Sales experience and/or TWO YEARS of Experience in Real Estate Related Field - Mortgage; Title Rep, Etc. (**REQUIRED to have a Real Estate License and a min. of TWO YEARS history in Real Estate Sales as a Top Producer or Top Sales performer in Real Estate related industry, or please do not apply.)
● Minimum of TWO YEARS Recruiting experience, with a track record of SUCCESS in attracting and recruiting for talent.
● An in-depth understanding of real estate technology
● Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with an emphasis on residential real estate (*REQUIRED)
● Track record of success in REAL ESTATE Agent Career development, business acumen, coaching/mentorship, and training experience
● Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology (e.g. MREA, Career Visioning, and Command) PREFERRED Candidate - would already have worked in Brokerage Leadership in Recruiting or Agent Services, at another KW office.
