Title: Director of Nursing
Job Duties: The Director of Nursing Services directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The Director of Nursing Services ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Director of Nursing Services is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Director of Nursing Services supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure in the State of California as a registered nurse.
- CPR and first aid certified.
- DNS will meet all applicable regulatory standards.
- Desire to work with residents with cognitive and behavioral challenges.
About the Campus: The program at Crestwood Wellness & Recovery Center in Redding is a system of care which incorporates the concepts of wellness and recovery. It promotes wellness across the spectrum of the human systems of physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs. Skilled nursing Facilities (SNFs)/Special Treatment Programs (STPs) provide for the holistic care of individuals while addressing their physical and emotional needs in a safe and secure setting. Services include skilled nursing care for clients requiring specific monitoring and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions. Additionally, our medical team promotes physical wellness with standardized evidence-based health screenings. Nurse-lead groups educate and reinforce positive lifestyle changes.
