Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing sales teams, and building relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, technical sales, and account management, with a proven track record of success in the field.
Duties:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage a team of outside sales representatives to ensure they are meeting or exceeding their sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales data, analyze customer behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to ensure that sales representatives have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Develop and manage budgets for sales teams and ensure that expenses are kept within budget.
- Identify and address sales performance gaps to ensure that the sales team is meeting its potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the sales team is always operating at the highest level.
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, and account management.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and ability to leverage the platform to drive sales growth.
- Excellent business development and market knowledge.
- Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in their native language.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of sales representatives.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20,000.00 - $90,525.40 per year
