YOUR ROLE
As Substance Use Program Manager, you’ll provide clinical oversight of our substance use counseling program. Clinical oversight in this role typically looks like: Assessing substance use counseling program offerings, observing and improving quality of substance use counseling groups, and communicating program purpose, structure, and measures of success with community members and partners.
CORE RESPONSIBILITES
· Leads the clinical delivery of substance use programs and services for OMNI
· Refine substance use program model in conjunction with president and counseling leadership
· Implement a coaching strategy and program that includes sobriety coaching and peer coaching
· Assist in development of substance use counseling marketing plan
· Supervise outreach to existing referral sources
· Develop relationships with new referral sources
· Provide clinical supervision to interns and clinical staff as assigned
· Build and train master’s-level staff in substance abuse intervention and treatment
· Ensure counseling staff’s compliance with state regulatory standards and community standards of care
· Conduct trainings and onboarding procedures as assigned
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human service related field with clinical relevance (Required)
· An unlimited license for independent practice in Illinois, including Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, or LCPC(Required)
· At least four years post-masters experience working with clients (Required)
· At least one year of staff and/or clinical supervisory experience (Required)
· Clinical knowledge of DSM-5 and trauma informed strength-based perspective (Required)
· Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (Required)
· At least one year of experience working with clients with substance use disorders (Preferred)
· Experience working with SUPR, DCFS, schools, local police, and juvenile probation systems. (Preferred)
