Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supports all activities of the Guest Services effort to ensure communications and follow-up on any problems, guest requests or special requirements
- Resolves customer complaints and handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person, by phone, email and via Four Seasons Chat.
- Coordinates arrivals and departure requirements. Ensures any discrepancies are resolved. Reviews daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of Special Attention Guests, Return Guests, Groups, Curb Sides and Elite Guests
- Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests and employees when senior managers are not available. Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- Checks in and out guests from their room ensuring that all check in and check out standards are met. Assists valet and door attendants in ensuring check in and check out standards are met.
- Utilizes a variety of computer systems to ensure guests are being checked in and luggage/packages delivered to the appropriate room.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Seeks out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all outlets & areas of the hotel.
- Works with the departmental managers to put processes in place to ensure that these opportunities are executed by all employees
- Assist Reservations and Front Office team to identify guests and achieve a seamless arrival experience for return guests.
- Coaches staff to achieve culture standards & core standards of Guest Experience
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Viable candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in hotel rooms operations or similar environment, with some experience in supervisory role.
- Knowledge of property management systems required. Opera knowledge preferred.
- Strong business and work ethic required.
- Candidates with a degree in hospitality, or similar, are preferred.
- Ability to establish rapport quickly and positively is required.
- Above average communication skills - both written and oral - are required.
- Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.

Visa Requirements Authorization to work in the United States is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial role with another Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for an L-1 visa sponsorship.
Schedule & Hours:
- Open Availability for weekends, evenings, and at times maybe and overnight shift.
