Day in life as a Business Office Manager/ Admissions Director:
- Manages accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable and collection activities in the facility
- Track facility census information, send census a daily basis.
- Prepare and make daily deposits and balance census
- Submit Medicaid applications, complete Medicaid redeterminations
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Evaluates and makes recommendations to adjust admission practices.
- Identifies opportunities with new referral partners/sources and develops sales strategies
- Review residents’ aquic reports
- Collect private income and outstanding asses collects
- Manage and distribute residents Trust Fund
- Gather documents for Medicaid application timely
- Manages census activities including-daily, weekly, and monthly balancing with the nursing and admissions departments
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements to join the team:
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in third party billing Medicare, Medicaid and commercial
- Computer skills
- Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
