Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the clinical laboratory segment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory directors, pathologists, and other stakeholders to understand their workflow challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and clinical utility of our capital equipment offerings.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address customer needs and differentiate our solutions from competitors.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software to drive timely follow-up and closure.
- Training and Education: Provide training and educational support to customers on the use of our products, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices in clinical microbiology.
- Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote brand awareness, network with potential customers, and stay abreast of industry developments.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in clinical microbiology, laboratory technology, and healthcare regulations to maintain expertise and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Medical Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the clinical laboratory or diagnostic industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of clinical microbiology principles, laboratory operations, and diagnostic testing processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proactive and results-driven with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving positive outcomes in healthcare.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%) to meet with customers, attend conferences, and participate in sales meetings.
