Position Summary:
As a Commercial Lines Producer, you’ll play a vital role in growing our business. You will be responsible to bring aboard clients who fit our ideal client profile. You will build a healthy pipeline of prospects using our unique risk management sales approach. With our team we support all marketing and post-sale service and renewals; you can focus on what you do best, building relationships and closing sales! Your outgoing personality and care for people will contribute to our agency’s success.

This is a perfect opportunity for a new producer that may have experience, but wants to focus on sales, desires the support from an established agency and wants unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Prospecting:
- Using a combination of prospecting and networking in your specialized verticals, you will develop a pipeline of future client opportunities.
- Pipeline Management:
- You will understand and manage your sales pipeline, consistently moving clients through each stage of the sales cycle to properly evaluate and manage risk.
- Risk Management:
- Partner with clients to discover risk characteristics, perform evaluations, and to educate client to assist in making buying decisions.
- Sales Completion:
- You will meet and exceed all sales goals in your chosen industry verticals.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years experience in Commercial Lines sales
- Proven record of success
- Teamwork mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
