Experienced Tax Credit Assistant Manager Needed
Growing Management Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for large tax credit community located in Fort Worth, TX.
Looking for an experienced office staff to manage tax credit community. Being customer service driven is a must. Must have a minimum of two (2) years tax credit experience and Realpage OneSite experience
STANDARDS:
- Will stay within budget and not exceed 5% YTD
- Will evaluate the results of the communities Reputation Management through quarterly surveys.
- Will review on monthly basis our staff achievements, staff turn-over rate, traffic closing ratio and resident retention ratios.
- Will review marketing strategies and advertising sources monthly and make recommendations for modifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of management/ supervisory multifamily property experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, ability to reach and bend using 2-step stool while safely lifting and lowering boxes. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.
