Azimuth Corporation is seeking an Executive Assistant in Falls Church, VA. The position will support the coordination of Department-wide efforts advising senior leaders regarding global ISR operations and/or resulting in the rapid production of ISR capability from concept initiation to specialized modification to deployment into the operational theater under the direct guidance of the Director of ISR.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Providing correspondence staffing support to organization action officers using OUSD(I) templates for all required correspondence actions e.g., formal letters, memoranda, readahead briefing/meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, and travel/training/personnel documents. This may include delivery/pickup of documents within the local travel area.
· Tracking and monitoring external tasks where ISR Operations Directorate has primary or coordination responsibility.
· Maintaining office files and the office filing system (electronic and hardcopy) in accordance with records management protocols.
· Handling correspondence and communications between senior leaders in OSD, Joint Staff, and other agencies.
· Ensuring the Director’s daily calendar operations are accomplished in a timely fashion.
· Coordinating with external senior leadership offices to support the Director of ISR Operations Directorate with preparatory material as needed.
· Monitoring government civilian timesheets, leave, and travel status of ISR Operations Directorate personnel.
· Preparing and maintaining essential logistic and security requirements for the SCIF.
· Monitoring access to SCIF, obtaining supplies and facility repairs/services.
· Managing coordination and scheduling of conference rooms and secure video teleconference suites.
· Scheduling conferences and meetings to include video teleconferencing (VTC).
· Monitoring government civilian timesheets, leave, and travel status of ISR Operations Directorate personnel.
· Consolidating weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
· The duties of this position will also include the participation, possibly in both writing and review, in the bid and proposal process for Azimuth's continued work in government contracting. This participation will be on an as-needed and as-requested basis by personnel in the Business Development department, within corporate, and/or within the supervisory chain of this position. This position's inclusion in the bid and proposal process is vital to the understanding of duties, responsibilities, tools and function of the position and to proper conveyance for Azimuth's past performance.

Minimum Qualifications
· TS/SCI Security Clearance
· Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and contacts and interact diplomatically with high level internal and external senior level personnel is required.
· Demonstrated proficiency in: Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
· Demonstrated ability to write and edit complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Desired Qualifications
· Minimum five years of experience managing, supervising, and conducting administrative functions involving multiple programs including analysis and evaluation on projects and mission objectives.
· Minimum five years drafting and editing correspondence, briefing slides, and memorandums.
· Minimum ten years of experience performing action officer responsibilities which includes tracking suspense, staffing packages, and coordinating actions with both internal and external customers, resolving/de-conflicting issues is desired.
· Experience in a DoD environment.
· Recent (within last two years) experience on Service, Joint, or Office of Secretary of Defense Staffs
· Experience with OUSD(I) .
Physical Requirements / Travel
· Must be able to work in an office environment at a desk and computer.
· May travel ~10% to conferences, program reviews, industry meetings, or other collaborative events. Most or all travel would be CONUS.
