Dardini Logistics Services is a well established Logistics Brokerage Firm located in Scottsdale Arizona. We are a growing company and looking for a HR manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations for our firm. Having knowledge of IT and computer competency is required. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive work environment, fostering employee development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the company culture and understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace environment through proactive communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee productivity, performance reviews, and goal setting.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies and career development opportunities for their teams.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support career development initiatives, including succession planning and talent management strategies.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with legal requirements and company values.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR operations and employee relations matters.
- Employee Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes and ensure accurate compensation for all employees.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Maintain HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for management on key HR metrics, trends, and insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a logistics or IT-intensive environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and other HR-related software.
