Job Description:
The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the Senior Director of Finance and Accounts Payable Manager with financial services to the Company’s clients. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the preparation of client budgets, monthly financials, cash flow analyses, and banking transactions. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and payroll related activities in the managed communities. Some of the daily and monthly responsibilities include:
· Review of daily operational finance activities of managed communities.
· Submission of ACH transfer payments from client communities.
· Preparation of payroll entries in managed communities.
· Assisting the Senior Director of Finance on the preparation of financial budgets as required for managed communities.
· Preparation of monthly expense invoices for clients.
· Preparation of monthly fee invoices for clients.
· Assisting the Chief Accounting Officer with preparation of analyses and financial reviews for potential new opportunities.
· Preparation of monthly analyses of financial performance.
· Management of daily cash flows and direct payments to vendors in managed communities.
· Preparation of monthly financials for managed communities.
· Maintenance of fixed asset ledger detail for managed communities.
· Assisting with the implementation of clients’ financial information into systems (such as Point Click Care, among others).
Skills:
· Bachelor of Business Administration degree
· Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or other similar position
· Experience with accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
· Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
· Ability to meet business plans and strategic objectives
· Point Click Care knowledge
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., SAP)
· Well-organized with ability to prioritize
· Relates well to diverse groups of individuals using diplomacy and tact
· Team player with excellent communication and people skills
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask

This position This position will be an in-person position located in our Corporate Offices in Riverwoods, Illinois.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
