About The Job
The Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative support to a federal client for programmatic and executive support services in support of their offices. They will interact and work with office staff, vendors, executives, and other agency offices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Executive Attorneys and other executive staff
- Service as principal liaison between agency and other agency offices on administrative and clerical matters
- Respond to inquiries and develop methods to resolve issues
- Assist with on boarding and training other administrative assistants
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership on highly sensitive matters
- Maintain and use an excellent knowledge of region and agency policies and procedures
- Schedule and prioritize meetings; Maintain exclusive control over executive calendars
- Review and screen incoming phone calls and messages
- Attend meetings, note commitments made, take meeting notes
- Support and book travel for executive leadership
- Prepare, edit, and review memoranda, policy papers, correspondence, and other documents
- Accomplish special administrative projects and studies, including research and documentation
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- A college diploma, or equivalent, is preferred
- Must have 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant position
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of time management
- Excellent organization and prioritization
- Excellent customer service skills
This position requires being present in-office.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $47,500.00 per year
