Job Summary: As the Bilingal Front Desk/Patient Concierge/Scheduling Coordinator, you are the face and voice of Smile-FX. Your role is crucial in managing our front desk operations, ensuring all patients feel welcomed, valued, and efficiently cared for. You’ll manage appointments, handle insurance and billing and point of sale payments, and support the office team, making each day run smoothly with your amazing organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Patient Reception: Greet every patient of all ages or backgrounds with a smile, check them in, and prepare them for an exceptional visit that will change their lives.
- Efficient Appointment Management: Expertly handle scheduling to optimize patient flow and office efficiency, using intuitive and easy to adopt Software/System, Training provided.
- Insurance and Billing Expertise: Manage insurance verifications and billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Dynamic Office Ambassador: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
- Excellent Customer Service: Address patient queries both in-person and over the phone with professionalism and care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless patient experiences and office operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in a dental or medical office setting preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Various Dental or scheduling software and Microsoft Office, phones etc.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; fluency in English required, Spanish proficiency is Required due to our diverse patient base.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for details.
- Positive Attitude: A naturally friendly demeanor that makes patients and staff feel at ease.
