Busy medical practice is seeking a professional individual for front office/receptionist . The selected candidate will responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient check-in/check-out's, assisting with billing and collecting payments, answering telephone calls, communicating with referring doctors' offices and insurance companies, and performing insurance verification when applicable.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and computer skills are required to ensure exceptional customer service for our patients and providers. Experience working in a medical office is strongly preferred. Must be outgoing and have a passion for Customer Service.
