Responsibilities:
- Train and coach employees in process.
- review calls, text and emails for accuracy and training.
- Review sales people for productivity and timely response.
- Review percentage of obtainment.
- Increase sales using process given.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive industry is required
- Strong sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficient in using software tools for sales management and customer relationship management
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and commissions
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
