Fundraising Associate | Marketing Affiliate Summary:
Fundraising Affiliates are responsible for representing the Company’s brand image and delivering exceptional customer service by facilitating active fundraising efforts, exceeding pre-established goals, and recruiting fundraising business partners.
This position requires a high sense of ownership, business enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication skills and a “go-getter” entrepreneurial mentality are also a plus!

Please note that this is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. You do not receive a base salary or company-provided benefits.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating a proven track record of meeting established sales quotas and business goals,
- Identifying valuable markets to cultivate new business (i.e., church groups, daycare centers, PTA members, youth sports organizations, school bands/choirs, etc.),
- Executing superior customer service and communication techniques,
- Regularly following up with prospective business partners (“leads”) to maximize business opportunities,
- Generating sales using the TEAM BUTTER ® fundraising app, website, or other means following Company sales guidelines,
- As required, traveling for in-person meetings to secure desired business outcomes,
- Developing and implementing an individualized marketing strategy,
- Building and maintaining relationships across a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, and
- Exhibiting grit and determination, with a passion for customer-centric service in a rapidly growing industry.
