Marietta Auto Sales, a growing pre -owned luxury automotive dealership group, is now hiring a bilingual front desk receptionist & customer service manager.
Requirements:
MUST BE BILINGUAL/*SPANISH SPEAKING
- Provide an upbeat and professional customer service experience to all Marietta Auto Sales customers.
- Answers call for all 3 Dealership locations
- Customer Service Management
- Professional appearance
- Offers customers who have purchased various opportunites to protect or service their investment
- Administrative support for department heads
- Administrative support for Service Department
- Make appointments for Service Warranty Repairs
Welcome al visitors and determine needs to direct to the appropriate department
- Clerical duties as needed
- Excellent in person and written communication skills
- CRM knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to work weekends and have open availability
