**Overview** We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and handling various administrative tasks. **Responsibilities** - Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and managing travel arrangements. - Coordinate and organize events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops. - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries. - Assist with filing and record-keeping, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documents. - Transcribe meeting minutes and prepare correspondence on behalf of the executive team. - Conduct research and provide data analysis and reporting as needed. - Utilize Google Suite to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. - Utilize DocuSign to manage electronic signatures and ensure compliance with company policies. - Manage the office phone system, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Act as a personal assistant to the executive team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to perform their duties effectively. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders. - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners. - Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team. **Skills** - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with event planning and coordination. - Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service. - Proficiency in using Google Suite and DocuSign. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Experience with phone systems and troubleshooting technical issues. - Strong proofreading and editing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong personal assistant skills with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of the executive team.

Pay: $17.42 - $18.81 per hour
