Job Summary
The Junior Project Manager is a key role for enabling growth and unlocking business value. The role reports into the IT Integration Manager and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of IT projects that support our business operations and strategic goals. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as a solid understanding of IT systems and processes within the retail and convenience store industry.
Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of IT support tickets and issues.

Lead the transition of new capabilities and technologies to support teams, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to services.

Create and maintain IT knowledge materials, including work instructions, knowledge articles, and user guides, to facilitate self-service and improve end-user satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to streamline IT support processes.

Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment of IT support services with overall IT strategy and business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to increase end-user productivity and tool adoption and drive continuous improvement in IT support services.
Experience requirements

2-4 years of managing medium to complex business and IT integration projects

Degree or certification in project management

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and change management strategies.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, security, operations, and business units.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT security.

Demonstrated ability to manage risk and resolve conflict

Successful project delivery in a retail or c-store setting is a plus
