Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of tradeshows, events, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and technical proficiency to effectively manage and promote our brand through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute tradeshows and events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, setup, and teardown.
- Develop event budgets, timelines, and promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, managing on-site activities and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Draft, design, and distribute engaging newsletters and email campaigns to our customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements to increase open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Develop strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, events planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing tradeshows and events.
- Strong writing skills with experience drafting newsletters and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
