Role Summary: The Inside Sales Lead will be the first point of contact for potential customers, managing inbound phone calls and live chat inquiries. The primary responsibility will be to convert these leads into sales by promoting World Crawl’s packages and reservations. This role requires extensive knowledge of Las Vegas's nightlife scene and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and live chat inquiries from potential customers.
- Promote and sell World Crawl’s nightlife packages and reservations.
- Provide detailed information about Las Vegas's clubs, bars, and nightlife events.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential customers and drive sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns.
- Report on sales metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Grow and develop the inside sales department, with opportunities for leadership as the team expands.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or nightlife industry.
- Intimate knowledge of Las Vegas nightlife, including clubs and bars.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable using social media for business purposes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to align with business needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using a cellphone for sales activities and communication.
