Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scanning documents, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, copying, filing, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Compensation:
$15 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
- Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
- Maintain CRM system and secure portal.

Provide administrative assistance when needed.
Qualifications:-
High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
