We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to join our growing team. As the VP of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading our sales team and developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a seasoned sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and upselling.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure the sales team is on track to meet targets.
- Collaborate within the department, including marketing and customer service, to align sales efforts and provide excellent customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales management, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Proven track record in developing sales strategies and implementing successful sales programs.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Must have sales experience in the Fenestration industry.
