Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
- Perform and oversee day-to-day clerical tasks, which may include but are not limited to scheduling and preparing for meetings; drafting internal and external agendas, memorandums, and correspondence; preparing forms; maintaining files; and assisting in organizing administrative staff schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain corporate calendar as needed.
- Coordinate and manage special events and projects.
- Coordinate IT help desk with the outsourced provider for those that may require assistance.
- Communicate with clients, internal staff, and vendors as directed.
- Travel to off-site meetings may be required.
- Make travel arrangements for senior leadership as well as the sales team if needed. This will include booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Placing and tracking Non-supplier purchase orders
- Manage and reconcile courier accounts.
- Lead any office internal move.•Additional duites may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Associates Dregee plus a minimum of three (3) years of administrative support in an administrative environment, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A high level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and prioritize as needed.
