The Project Manager will assist the executive management team by providing clerical support including but not limited to document preparation and review; research, fact checking, filing, and executive assistant support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meets with President and executive management to discuss ongoing/pending projects.
- Drafts legal documents, including without limitation, routine real estate and corporate documents, affidavits, etc.
- Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; may provide written analysis.
- Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, and other items.
- Assists executive management with litigation preparation, which may include attending depositions, mediations, trials, and hearings.
- Develops and maintains files.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Some related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
