Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative activities, ensuring efficient operations, and providing support across the department. Excellent base pay, benefits and the opportunity for an additional quarterly bonus.
Duties:
-Sales and Customer Support
Enter customer orders, Audit Reports, Scan Files
- Customer Relationship Management
Provide exceptional service, Interact with customers via phone and email
- Marketing Support
Oversee email blasts, Coordinate social media content
-Supply Chain Support
Compile Data, Weekly Reporting, High Attention to Detail
Qualifications:
- Proven experience using CRM systems to to access customer information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience supporting leaders across multiple functions (sales, operations, finance)
- Must be a polished communicator in person and via telephone
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Pay: $26.00 - $28.50 per hour
