We are actively looking for a New Home Sales Consultant who is a confident, detailed orientated sales professional with a passion for working with people.
New Home Sales Consultants enjoy uncapped earning potential and an aggressive bonus structure. Just meeting sales standards will lead you to six figures.
General Responsibilities
· Generate new custom home sales through the conversion of leads/prospects into customers, from the following sources: model walk-in traffic, phone and web leads, and realtor referrals.
· Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up.
· Provide a positive customer experience through presenting our homes and process in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
· Work with customers to understand their individual needs and ideas to customize their home plan.
· Understands and meets or exceeds any sales performance metrics as established by the Company.
· Ensures the model home is in outstanding condition for presentation to customers.
· Monitor and record daily customer traffic utilizing company designated tracking tools.
· Prepares required documents for each home sale for prospective buyers in accordance with Company policies.
Skills and Knowledge
· Understands construction terms and able to answer construction questions.
· Ability to read and understand blueprints.
· Ability to effectively communicate custom floorplan designs and custom changes.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals and develop and maintain relationships required.
· Ability to express thoughts clearly and ensure that the message is understood by others, and ability to listen actively to others to understand their message.
· Ability to utilize computers and related technology
Qualifications
· 3+ years of proven success in a sales environment.
· Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
· Valid Driver’s License in State of employment.
· Must be able to work weekends.
· Demonstrated success in new home sales (1-3 years).
