Schedule Three Top staff bi-weekly, in coordination with The Salt Shed Bar Manager
Ensure best practices, efficiencies, and sales targets are met
Oversee the complete and efficient opening/closing of the bar(s), with each team member sharing equally in the duties
Develop and implement clear opening and closing side work and cleaning duties
Analyze financial data to recognize trends, build on strengths, support weak areas, and note any unusual occurrences
Control and track inventory flow
Lead month-end inventory and ordering
Manage receiving of orders, in coordination with The Salt Shed Bar Manager
Participate in beverage program development
Offer and execute creative marketing/event ideas
Coordinate with in-house Chef on food service operations, as well as external food vendors
Attend weekly manager meetings and ensure all assigned tasks are completed
Execute beverage programming for private events
Complete payroll edits and tip outs for staff in a timely manner
Support management with recruitment, hiring, and training/development of the bar team
Oversee and lead ongoing succession planning and career advancement of your team
Ensure efficiency and best practices of the team; set up regular all-staff meetings
Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to The Salt Shed policy
Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue
Ensure alcohol is being served safely and responsibly
Maintain a sanitized, tidy, organized workspace
Complete daily and weekly side work
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management
