Gogo Rideshare is seeking a versatile and proactive Administrator to join our team. This role will involve managing a wide range of tasks, from overseeing projects and coordinating with virtual assistants and designers to supporting our brand ambassador program. Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan, organize, and oversee various projects across departments.
Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with virtual assistants and designers to ensure project deadlines and goals are met.
Brand Ambassador Program: Support the recruitment, training, and coordination of brand ambassadors to promote Gogo Rideshare.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project timelines, and progress reports.
Resource Management: Monitor project resources, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budgets.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Experience: Previous experience in project management, administration, or related fields preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
