Our pink plunger team is searching for an enthusiastic drain technician.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Service
- Rapidly responding to plumbing & drain cleaning calls, both during business hours and on-call.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers with their issues.
- Help customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information.
- Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
Technical
- Complete all drain cleaning and plumbing related work related to on-site service calls.
- Protect equipment and keep a well-inventoried truck.
Administrative
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Prepare estimates as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes.
- Write reports documenting the problem and summary of actions taken.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, customer feedback, and completing jobs.
Other
- Participate actively in all training exercises, company meetings, and on-call rotation.

Physical Requirements
- Wear protection equipment such as hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, safety shoes, high visibility vest, and other items as required.
- Ability to maintain balance.
- Frequent moderate lifting, repetitive motion, bending, walking, climbing ladders, and working from heights.
- Occasional heavy lifting, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, precipitation, confined spaces, loud conditions, heights, and other environments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.21 - $30.38 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
