About the position

Care Advocates is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to establish and nurture partnerships with referral entities, drive new client referrals, and sustain strong relationships with our existing referral partners.
You are ambitious and passionate individual who embraces challenges and uses strategic sales tactics to generate leads, close sales, build and maintain relationships, and ultimately help our company with style, professionalism, kindness, dignity and authenticity in all interactions.
We are seeking someone creative with a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and an understanding of social media platforms. This role involves in-office responsibilities, capturing real-time moments to share with our audience. The successful candidate will actively participate in events to promote our brand and our services. Generate e-blasts to communicate with the public, families and referral sources. Create marketing collateral materials. If you are a marketing and social media enthusiast with a knack for storytelling, event marketing, and creating impactful collateral, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the owner to develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the community.
· Build and maintain partnerships for community outreach and lead generation.
· Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources in the area.
· Plan and coordinate activities and events for residents and referral partners
· Social Media Management- Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
· Content creation- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across Email Marketing, Blogs, Articles, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
· Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
· Event Marketing: Attend agency events, Care Advocate workshops and other relevant community events.
· Create marketing collateral materials, including impact reports, thank-you cards, etc.
· Design and produce materials that align with the organization's brand and messaging.
· Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular reports on social media metrics and insights.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key community referral sources, including healthcare providers, local businesses, and community organizations.
· Weekly reporting of analytics and performance
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications
· Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
· Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational skills.
· Professional communication skills and presentation skills
· Must have the ability to work well under stress, complete assignments accurately, work independently, and manage time effectively
· High degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics
· Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
