The Tenant Services Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining front desk duties while providing hospitality support to our clients, tenants, and visitors. This is an onsite position, no remote work.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet employees/client, tenants and visitors in a professional and friendly manner and escort them to appropriate locations as needed.
- Enter, route and be the point of contact for all work order submissions.
- Interest in learning firm and departmental structures as well as senior management and company history.
- Manage incoming telephone inquiries and field calls appropriately using a call management software program.
- Monitor department email distribution list and dispatch emails to appropriate client Property Management representative.
- Ensuring all visiting guests’ points of contact are called immediately at the arrival of their guests.
- Ability to understand and assist with all meetings and events occurring onsite and how they relate to client.
- Provide information on surrounding area amenities, events and activities.
- Be proactive and solution-oriented when approaching projects and responsibilities.
- Prioritize day-to-day tasks to efficiently manage expectations.
- Ensure Reception and lobby remain clean and organized.
- Uphold client building and operational security processes and procedures.
- Serve as a building representative for life, safety, and evacuation procedures.
- Assist with meetings and events as needed.
- Special projects as assigned.
