Description
We are looking for a Private Wealth Client Service Associate to work in a client facing role providing dedicated comprehensive support to our Wealth Advisors. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work with a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and partner with advisors to provide all aspects of client servicing for high-net-worth clients and prospects.
A successful candidate will possess impeccable attention to detail, as well as the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and external clients. Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional client service. The ability to multitask, prioritize and identify when to escalate issues.
Duties
· Provide comprehensive daily support to our advisor partners
· Interact with clients to support all aspects of their servicing needs related to the management of their relationship
· Assist our advisor partners to build their business and provide service and support functions such as portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance, and client/prospect meeting preparation
· Partner with team members to accomplish a common goal of providing exceptional service
· Coordinate with custodians, broker dealers, insurance carriers, and other third parties to obtain necessary documents and information for client requests
· Navigate numerous financial platforms/technologies
· Help to identify and advance recommendations for service opportunities and improvements

Education & Experience
· Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not necessary
· Series 7, 65, or 66 preferred
· Three years related work experience demonstrating outlined duties and skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
