TRU Community Care is recruiting for their new graduate nurse residency program! TRU cares for patients in hospice, home health, palliative care, memory care, and through our PACE program.
Criteria:
Be a new graduate of an RN program (ADN or BSN), with less than 12 months of full-time nursing experience.
About the Program:
This twelve-month, evidenced-based residency includes clinical and classroom experiences. Clinical experiences are preceptor-guided in-home health, hospice, palliative care, and PACE specialty areas. Classroom-based training is done through a partnership with the University of Iowa School of Nursing. As a result, nurses can become experts in caring for patients in a wide variety of ambulatory care settings.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited ADN or BSN nursing program
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience
- Current Colorado RN license, or able to receive before starting residency program

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
